Old Chapel
Forge nestles in the Sussex Downland with fantastic
views of the Downs. The owners pride themselves on
giving their guests the very best in comfort and service.
The house is steeped in history. The main house was
built in 1640 and is positioned within a large mature
garden. There is also a chapel in the garden built
a little earlier in 1611, which is being renovated
in an environmentally sensitive manner in order to
extend the B&B.
The accommodation has been awarded a Four Diamond
rating from the AA for three years in succession for
high standards in service, cleanliness, food quality,
and furnishings.
Off street parking is available with full central
heating and roaring log fires in the winter.
