Your guided food safari will take you
to Hastings' seafront, a local Sussex organic vineyard and
a local farm run on ethical principles, as well as hunting
for local wild food. We will take you on a trip through
Sussex's picturesque countryside and villages to gather
local ingredients for your evening meal (with a choice of
a meat, fish or vegetarian main course) to be prepared for
you by a top local chef.
The food safari will give you an insight into local environmentally-sensitive
fishing and farming methods, not to mention the thrill of
tasting fresh, seasonal food from Sussex's rich larder.
