Jin
Shin Jyutsu
-
Jin Shin Jyutsu brings balance to the
body's energies, optimising health and well-being.
-
It is a valuable complement to conventional
healing methods, inducing relaxation and reducing the
effects of everyday stress.
-
A session lasts an hour and involves
placing the fingertips (over clothing) on designated
safety energy locks, to harmonize and restore the body’s
energy flow. It does not involve massage, muscle manipulation
or use of drugs.
-
Jin Shin Jyutsu can also be applied
as self-help and our practitioner will give you some
valuable self-help tips.
Reflexology
-
Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy
that applies pressure to the feet or hands, enabling the
body to heal itself.
-
Our hectic and stressful lives can often
leave the body is in a state of "imbalance"
and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the
body from functioning effectively. Reflexology restores
and maintains the body's natural equilibrium, encouraging
healing.
-
For each person, the application and the
effect of the therapy is unique. The Reflexologist detects
tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet and, by working
on these, releases blockages and restores the free flow
of energy to the whole body.
-
Tensions are eased and circulation, and
elimination, is improved ultimately leaving the body revitalised.
